Pack the Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, labels, and the original invoice are included to verify your purchase.
Ship to Warehouse
Send the package through a traceable courier service to our designated returns center; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Quality Inspection
Once received, our quality assurance team will inspect the items, and upon approval, your replacement or store credit will be processed within 7-10 business days.
